Directions for Use
- Adults: Take 4-6 capsules with 300ml of purified water on an empty stomach before going to bed for 7 consecutive nights or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- Maintenance: Reduce the number of capsules incrementally to a level which maintains regularity.

Cautions
Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
