Nettle tea
I had nettle tea before and since it is hay fever season, I decided to purchase again. Caffeine-free, diuretic, does not have a strong taste and it helps with hay fever symptoms, it is a nice tea to drink at any time of the day. I will definitely purchase it again from Avalon Wholefoods!
