Organic sesame seeds are a small, creamy white seed with the outer husk removed (hulled). Sprinkle sesame seeds in your favourite salad or stir-fry. They are also great for baking. Sesame seeds are an excellent source of manganese, copper, tryptophan, calcium and iron.
